The beginning of something great!

My team and I had a ton of fun reimagining the Andela talent platform into a mobile-first app that 1) enables companies to source, assess, hire, manage, and pay global technical talent from one unified platform, 2) encourages top tech talent to create profiles and search for open roles, and 3) allows Andela account managers and recruiters to easily and effectively source talent on behalf of clients.

My responsibilities included running the design sprint, collaborating with a senior product designer to wireframe, test, and present a new product experience for sourcing, assessing to executives and other major stakeholders.

This work was completed in 2021.
