Talent Off-Boarding
Distributed teams are all fun and games until it’s time to roll off an engagement. To ensure continuous learning, we implemented a tech-enabled off-boarding process designed to capture valuable feedback.
My responsibilities included overseeing various stakeholder groups and nurturing trusted relationships, defining UX strategy, determining success metrics, managing team commitments, and completing hands-on design work like wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.
This work was completed in 2021 and was built using a fully customized and accessible library of React components.
