Welcome to Cobble.
Cobble is a unique, relaxed, and tech-enabled dining experience that celebrates the beauty and versatility of vegetables. My partner and I took a human-centered and product design approach to Cobble’s operation model and guest experience. Before opening, we ran focus groups and conducted test dinners to determine customer desirability.
Since opening in September 2020, Cobble has been booked solid and continues to gain traction YoY, with over 3000 guests on the waiting list and a 5-star rating across all platforms.
My responsibilities include creative direction, brand strategy and expression, interior design, web design, print design, photo art direction, business development and operations, reservation management and implementation, employee management and engagement
