Meet Barlette.
Barlette is a creative cocktail bar inspired by the unconventional concept of BYOB. The concept for Barlette started at Cobble as a way for guests to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail hour while working within the constraints of local BYOB laws. After watching countless guests enjoy their “DIY” cocktail experience, we decided giving Barlette her own space would be fun. Unlike Cobble, we did not run test services or conduct focus groups. As a result, we have quickly and continuously iterated our service offering to find our niche. It has been a wild ride!
Barlette’s customer base has been growing MoM since its inception in April 2023. In March of 2024, we have made the strategic decisions to focus on private events and memberships. We look forward to seeing how it goes.
My responsibilities include creative direction, brand strategy and expression, interior design, web design, print design, photo art direction, business development and operations, reservation management and implementation, employee management and engagement
